Responsable HSE SC & Maintenance Distribution

About the role

The HSE SC & Maintenance Distribution Manager is responsible for implementing health, safety and environment policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing the maintenance of the distribution centre in line with Group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement organizational structures, management methods, risk analyses, documentation, and KPIs according to Group HSE policy.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with applicable legal standards.
• Define and track medium‑ and long‑term HSE road‑maps for distribution activities.
• Develop and execute multi‑year continuous improvement strategies to strengthen HSE culture and risk prevention.
• Lead risk prevention and management programmes for employee health and safety.
• Establish and maintain the site’s HSE documentation system.
• Define and monitor training programmes for employees and contractors.
• Participate in incident investigations and define corrective action plans.
• Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance with Group policies and standards.
• Oversee occupational health programmes, exposure risk management, and medical surveillance.
• Define and deploy the site environmental roadmap, implement EMS, and ensure compliance with local environmental regulations.
• Implement energy, water and CO₂ reduction programmes and waste management.
• Manage core safety systems (Permit to Work, LOTO, machinery safety, warehouse safety) and crisis/emergency response processes.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance audits and gap assessments against Group standards.
• Define maintenance strategy for distribution site installations and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
