Sales Representative – Agent Acquisition for Financial Services

About the role

Yassir, the leading super‑app in the Maghreb, is expanding its financial services portfolio and needs a proactive Sales Representative to acquire and onboard high‑potential merchants as agents for its digital wallet solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑potential merchants within the assigned area to acquire new agents for Yassir's financial services product.
• Present the agent wallet product, emphasizing revenue benefits for agents and financial inclusion for their customers.
• Negotiate contracts, onboard agents, and ensure they understand product offerings and terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, conducting regular visits and providing ongoing support.
• Develop strategies to increase transaction volume and revenue through the agent network.
• Upsell existing agents on additional Yassir services and monitor service uptime.
• Assist agents in resolving service disruptions and ensure wallet functionality by managing e‑money and cash availability.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team Leader to address liquidity challenges and ensure timely cash flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, telecommunications, tobacco, or FMCG.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

• Proficiency in using mobile applications.
