Sales Representative – El Djelfa

About the role

Yassir is expanding its portfolio of on‑demand and financial services across the Maghreb and beyond. As a Sales Representative in El Djelfa, you will drive the adoption of Yassir’s products, build a strong customer base, and contribute to the company’s growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Yassir’s services and increase brand awareness in the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop a portfolio of prospects, analyse their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Onboard new customers, provide training on the application and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Prepare sales proposals aligned with company policy and work toward achieving sales targets.
• Monitor invoice issuance, ensure timely payment and collaborate with back‑office to collect overdue amounts.

Required profile

• Diploma or training in Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Problem‑solving mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High sense of confidentiality and integrity.
