About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join MAJOR, an early‑stage ed‑tech startup offering a communication and management platform for schools across Algeria.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire private schools as clients using Meta ads and cold outreach.
- Conduct calls, online meetings, and on‑site visits to present the platform.
- On‑board new schools and provide ongoing assistance to ensure retention.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
Required profile
- University students or fresh graduates, preferably of a similar age group to the existing team.
- Demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and ability to work in a young, fun environment.
- Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
