About the role

Click Agency Constantine is looking for an on‑site Sales Representative to join its team in Constantine. You will be the front‑line contact for prospective and existing clients, helping the agency turn visibility into measurable conversions through strategic sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across various industries.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to present tailored solutions.
• Manage client portfolios, conduct regular follow‑ups, and provide post‑sale support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or client‑facing roles, with strong prospecting and lead‑generation abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of marketing, advertising strategies, and digital sales techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
