Sales Supervisor – Oran

About the role

Afia International Algeria is looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead its distribution activities in Oran. You will be the main link between the company and its distributors, ensuring that commercial strategies are implemented and sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company to distributors and ensure adoption of company systems, strategies and action plans.
• Achieve volume, distribution, visibility and promotion objectives.
• Plan, supervise and organise the work of the distributor’s sales force.
• Develop the sales team through training, motivation and coaching.
• Optimise sales routes, territory coverage and productivity of salespeople.
• Monitor inventory, invoicing and tools on a daily basis.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business, Management or a related field.
• Fluent in French; English is a plus.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG distribution.

• Customer portfolio management and reporting.
