Sales Supervisor – Western Region

About the role

Transsion Algeria is seeking a Sales Supervisor for its Oraimo brand to lead sales activities across the Western Region of Algeria. You will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening distributor and retail partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of Oraimo’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales performance and set targets for the region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and distributors.
• Supervise and coach field sales teams to achieve objectives.
• Oversee retail execution to ensure brand visibility and product placement.
• Conduct sales analysis, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales supervision, retail management, or distribution.
• Proven leadership, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Minimum education: Licence (Bac +3) or equivalent.
