SAP Regional Expert

About the role

AGRANA Fruit is expanding its SAP landscape after a recent S/4HANA migration. The Regional SAP Expert will drive the adoption of advanced technologies such as AI and cloud solutions, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of industry innovation across its international footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal SAP experts and Corporate IT to continuously improve the SAP environment.
• Lead SAP and IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct process‑management workshops to increase efficiency and foster innovation.
• Provide SAP training to key users and manage change requests.
• Perform business process modelling, analysis, standardisation and documentation.
• Support the international team across 20 countries, promoting collaboration and IT excellence.

Required profile

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP experience.
• Project‑management experience; certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of process‑management and improvement concepts.
• Highly structured, proactive and achievement‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
