Security Engineer Annotator

About the role

We are seeking a Security Engineer Annotator to work on cybersecurity datasets that train AI models. The role combines security expertise with data annotation to ensure AI-generated recommendations are accurate and aligned with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate cybersecurity datasets and threat‑scenario examples.
• Evaluate secure coding practices, vulnerability assessments, and penetration‑testing reports.
• Label data related to risk analysis, authentication, encryption, and access‑control implementations.
• Assess AI responses to security threats and provide structured feedback.
• Maintain consistency with security standards and frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering.
• Strong understanding of secure software development and network security.
• Familiarity with cryptography, vulnerability management, and penetration‑testing tools.
• Knowledge of OWASP top‑10 vulnerabilities (e.g., injection, authentication flaws, XSS).
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and Zero‑Trust Architecture.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, CCSP.
