Senior AI Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer to help build the AI foundation of TendersDZ, an AI‑powered business intelligence and public procurement platform for the Algerian market. You will design modern data architectures, build AI pipelines, develop intelligent agents, and integrate large language models into a production‑ready SaaS solution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and modernize the platform’s data architecture, migrating legacy databases to a scalable PostgreSQL‑based solution.
• Build and maintain data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector‑database integrations.
• Design, orchestrate, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Integrate AI models, third‑party APIs, and large language models into the SaaS platform.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and backend teams.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Proven experience building RAG applications and working with vector databases.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and AI services.
• Good knowledge of Docker and Git version control.
