Senior Brand Experience Specialist – Algiers

About the role

Philip Morris International is seeking a Senior Brand Experience Specialist to lead the creation and execution of brand‑focused content in Algeria. Based in Algiers, you will shape consumer touchpoints, ensure consistent messaging, and support the launch of smoke‑free product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, adapt, and execute communication materials across all consumer touchpoints.
• Support brand activation initiatives, including consumer education content, visual assets, and point‑of‑sale execution.
• Collaborate with digital teams to maintain content consistency and design online journeys.
• Ensure 360° messaging consistency across all engagement channels.
• Leverage consumer insights to localise content that addresses motivations and barriers.
• Produce education materials that guide key behavioural changes.
• Guarantee compliance with local regulations and internal marketing policies.
• Coordinate project timelines, stakeholder alignment, and documentation of approvals.
• Manage relationships with creative and production agencies, overseeing briefing, execution, and quality control.
• Oversee content production for both online and offline channels.
• Plan, track, and forecast budgets for consumer experience activities.
• Partner with the Consumer Experience Manager to develop insight‑driven initiatives supporting the brand portfolio strategy.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Consumer Engagement (FMCG preferred).
• Proven track record managing brand plans, communication content, and integrated campaigns (digital, social, offline).
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
