Senior E-commerce Media Buyer

About the role

ADEX VEDA is expanding its e‑commerce footprint and seeks a senior media buyer to drive direct‑to‑consumer growth for beauty brands. You will own high‑budget paid acquisition campaigns, optimise performance, and collaborate with creative teams to scale profitable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube for e‑commerce products.
• Monitor and optimise key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and AOV.
• Work with content and design teams to test hooks, angles, video assets and user‑generated content.
• Allocate and scale daily/monthly budgets between testing and scaling phases.
• Improve post‑click funnel performance, including landing‑page conversion rates and average order value.
• Stay updated on e‑commerce trends, competitor tactics and platform algorithm changes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven media buying experience in e‑commerce/D2C, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into scaling strategies.
• Adaptability to algorithm updates, ad fatigue and compliance policies.
