Senior F&B Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior F&B Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and growth of our food and beverage brand in Algeria. The role combines brand stewardship, market expansion, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive revenue and uphold high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize revenue and ensure high‑quality standards for sales, product rotation, and loss prevention by coordinating brand activities.
• Provide tailored brand training initiatives and recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness.
• Analyze pricing, competition and market segments to meet store targets and produce regular brand reports.
• Oversee launch of new markets and expansions, validating outlet locations and designs with stakeholders.
• Plan and organise events, promotions, sales and special marketing activities with the marketing department and suppliers.
• Collaborate with operations managers to select menu items/products that match market taste preferences.
• Determine seasonal budget with country directors and evaluate performance against operational plans.
• Compile and submit monthly financial and non‑financial brand performance reports to the Senior F&B Director.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate the brand team to ensure required skills and optimal performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
• HACCP certification.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting systems and procedures.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French or Spanish a plus.
