Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is an AI operating system for short-term rental businesses, bringing reservations, guest communication, pricing, payments, cleaning, maintenance and reporting into one platform. It is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer who will turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software, working closely with founders, designers and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Work with property managers and internal teams to understand workflows, find friction and decide which problems to solve.
• Build features end-to-end, from idea and prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing and deployment.
• Create intuitive interfaces with designers so users can complete tasks quickly and confidently.
• Build event-driven automations such as scheduling cleaning after a booking, sending check-in instructions and generating owner statements.
• Develop AI-powered features using LLMs and AI agents for guest communication, maintenance triage, pricing support and portfolio management.
• Build APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.
• Build solutions for real operational problems: reservation and availability sync, dynamic pricing, smart locks, guest check-in and upsell journeys, forecasting, cleaning and maintenance automation, owner reporting and AI monitoring and alerts.
• Measure and improve products using customer feedback, usage and operational results, and make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security and reliability.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to work across frontend and backend systems.
• Product mindset, good judgment on usability, scope and trade-offs, and confidence working with customers, designers and founders.
• Able to work independently and own outcomes; curious about AI, automation and operational efficiency.

Required skills

• React, TypeScript, Python and FastAPI, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, integrations and cloud architecture.
• Bonus: multi-tenant SaaS, marketplace and booking-channel integrations, AI agents, event-driven architectures, Supabase, AWS serverless.
