Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Functional Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. The role will lead business transformation initiatives, design end‑to‑end CRM solutions, and ensure successful delivery across sales, service, marketing, and field service domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Design functional architecture, create solution blueprints, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing/Customer Insights, and optionally Field Service.
• Set up entities, forms, views, workflows, security models, and collaborate on integrations and data migration.
• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders, facilitate executive workshops, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead functional workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and support project planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) to automate processes and drive innovation.
• Develop training materials, conduct UAT, support change management, and provide post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years delivering CRM solutions, with at least 5 years hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, solution design, and leading enterprise CRM projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
