About the role

The Senior Public Relations Manager will lead the design and execution of digital PR strategies that leverage AI insights to boost brand visibility across both digital and traditional media. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on management of a small PR team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑enhanced digital PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two PR executives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Use AI tools and analytics to monitor media trends, conduct sentiment analysis, and evaluate campaign performance.
• Create multilingual content in Arabic, English, and French for various digital platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with digital media outlets, influencers, and technology communities in multiple languages.
• Oversee digital crisis‑management protocols, employing AI‑driven solutions for early issue detection and response.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a cohesive digital presence supporting overall marketing and corporate goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of PR experience with a strong focus on digital and AI‑driven strategies.
• Fluent in Arabic, English, and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing small teams and delivering projects.
• Extensive network of contacts in digital media and the tech industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Digital Marketing, AI, or a related field.
