About the role

Arab Developers Holding is seeking a Senior Real Estate Sales Developer to join its on‑site team in Heliopolis. You will lead sales initiatives for residential and commercial projects, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored property solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in relationship management and client engagement within the real‑estate sector.
• Experience conducting market research and interpreting customer requirements.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge of the Heliopolis market is a plus.
