Senior Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative will support the Area Marketing and Sales Manager in driving regional growth for a heavy‑machinery supplier. This position focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and positioning the company’s portfolio in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Area Marketing and Sales Manager to achieve regional business targets.
• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities within the construction equipment sector.
• Generate and convert leads while maintaining and expanding client relationships.
• Proactively contact clients, assess their needs, and promote the company’s product and service portfolio.
• Recommend marketing tools to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Conduct market analysis covering trends, customer needs, demand forecasting, competition, and risks to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and ensure excellent service standards.

Required profile

• 3 to 8 years of experience in marketing and sales within the heavy‑machinery (construction equipment) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid business acumen with the capacity to navigate complex organisational dynamics.
• Personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
