Senior Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to support the Area Marketing and Sales Manager in driving regional growth for our heavy‑machinery portfolio. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to market‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Area Marketing and Sales Manager in achieving regional business targets.
• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities within the construction equipment sector.
• Generate and convert leads while maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Proactively assess client needs and promote the company’s product and service portfolio.
• Recommend marketing tools to raise brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Conduct market analysis, including trend monitoring, demand forecasting, competition assessment, and risk identification.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer databases and ensure excellent customer service.

Required profile

• 3 to 8 years of experience in marketing and sales within the heavy machinery (construction equipment) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Advanced English language proficiency is required.
