Senior Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative will work closely with the Area Marketing and Sales Manager to drive regional business growth in the heavy machinery sector. You will identify new customers, nurture existing relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Area Marketing and Sales Manager in reaching regional business objectives.
• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
• Generate leads, convert prospects, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactively assess client needs and promote the company’s product portfolio.
• Recommend marketing tools to increase brand awareness and attract or retain customers.
• Conduct market analysis, including trend monitoring, demand forecasting, competition assessment, and risk identification.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and ensure excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• 3 to 8 years of experience in marketing and sales within the heavy machinery (construction equipment) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Personal vehicle is mandatory.
