Senior Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Social Media & Content Manager to lead content development, social media growth, and digital storytelling across multiple client accounts at Spiros Digital Intelligence Agency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client and agency objectives.
• Manage content calendars and oversee publishing on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube.
• Design and execute content strategies, supervising the creation of posts, reels, short‑form videos, carousels, infographics, blog articles and email marketing copy.
• Lead a team of content creators, designers, videographers and community managers, providing creative direction and mentorship.
• Track KPIs, produce performance reports, and optimize campaigns using data analysis, social listening and competitive insights.
• Present strategies and results to clients and ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management, content marketing or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven experience managing multiple brands or client accounts.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Excellent understanding of major social platforms and best practices.
• Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
