Senior Software Engineer – Contract

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Pear Suite on a contract basis. You will help build and scale a healthcare technology platform that supports community health workers, doulas, and other frontline providers across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, reusable software components.
- Document architectural decisions and design specifications clearly.
- Develop high‑quality code following software‑engineering best practices.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for individual modules and the overall system.
- Build, configure, and maintain cloud environments on GCP and AWS.
Required profile
- 5+ years of software quality engineering experience in fast‑paced, startup environments.
- Proven ability to work US Pacific Time (PST) hours.
- Strong English proficiency.
