About the role

The Guest Service Expert (Server) at Le Méridien Oran Hotel & Convention Centre delivers memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, professional service to guests. Working on the restaurant floor, you will ensure that every interaction contributes to a unique and enjoyable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate timing.
• Serve food and beverages, checking for quality and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, enhancing the overall experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience (entry‑level).
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
