About the role
The Service Technician ensures that the division delivers a consistent service standard to customers by supporting field sales teams. Working closely with sales, the technician provides technical assistance, conducts customer visits, and helps train client personnel on product usage.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with Field Sales to deliver optimal service standards to customers.
- Plan, prepare, and evaluate customer contacts and report outcomes to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Train customers' employees and decision‑makers on technical aspects of products.
- Execute special projects as assigned.
- Maintain product and industry knowledge to support technical queries.
Required profile
- Technical aptitude with a background as an electrician.
- 2‑3 years of experience working as a technician.
- Ability to work independently while reporting to a Regional Sales Manager.
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction and training.
