Station Supervisor – QSF Station

About the role

Swissport Algeria is seeking an experienced Station Supervisor to lead the QSF Station team. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and customer‑focused ground handling operations in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily ground handling activities, guaranteeing safety, service quality and on‑time performance.
• Lead, coach and develop operational staff while enforcing company procedures and airline requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, airport authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless turnaround operations.
• Monitor performance metrics, resolve operational issues proactively and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain full compliance with safety, security and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ground handling operations.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience as a Turnaround Coordinator or Ground Dispatcher and in Passenger Services.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Altea DCS system.
• Good knowledge of load control procedures and airport operations.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
