Supply Chain Capacity Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Capacity Specialist monitors, analyses and forecasts the usage of key resources such as part numbers, trims and body colours across Stellantis’ production network. The role ensures optimal performance, balances supply and demand, and supports cost‑effective planning of upgrades and capacity expansions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse trends and predict future capacity requirements.
• Monitor resource saturation and utilisation across plants and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain capacity plans aligned with business objectives.
• Optimise allocation of resources to minimise costs.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards on capacity metrics.
• Support incident and problem management related to execution and supply‑chain feasibility.
• Act as the primary interface between plants, suppliers, regional teams and the EE supply‑chain team to ensure plan execution.
• Provide data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations for S&D meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with suppliers and purchasing functions in the automotive industry.
• Understanding of performance tuning and workload management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
