Tailor – Custom Garments Specialist

About the role

ZMAR is seeking a skilled Tailor to join its on‑site team in Annaba. You will work directly with clients to create well‑made, customized garments that match their preferences and fit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Measure clients, conduct fittings, and adjust garments for a precise, comfortable fit.
• Cut, sew, and finish clothing items according to design specifications.
• Perform alterations on existing garments while maintaining high‑quality stitching.
• Consult clients on design options, fabric choices, and styling details.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and meet agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a professional client experience.

Required profile

• Strong tailoring and dressmaking background, including cutting, sewing and garment construction.
• Experience with fitting and alterations, ensuring precise measurements.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity when handling various fabrics.
• Previous experience in a tailoring shop or clothing production environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Annaba, manage time well and meet production schedules.
