Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for El Kendi, a subsidiary of MS Pharma, supporting the company’s growth in the pharmaceutical sector. You will partner with hiring managers, source high‑quality candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience from offer to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and skill profiles.
• Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain a talent pipeline and provide regular status updates to candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and administer any required tests.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding with HR and relevant teams.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with industry regulations and employment laws.
• Represent the company at career fairs, conferences and employer‑branding events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment metrics reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Licence/Bac+3) or equivalent.
• 1‑5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken French, Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
