Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will own the full recruitment cycle for independent consultants, turning client hiring needs into successful placements. Working closely with the Customer Success Coordinator and senior leadership, the recruiter ensures a high‑quality candidate pipeline and a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from job requisition to consultant onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source, attract and engage qualified candidates through various channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and evaluate cultural fit.
• Present shortlists, coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Support offer management and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with data‑privacy standards.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
