Technical Trainer

About the role

DjazairIA, Algeria’s first AI hub, is looking for a full‑time Technical Trainer to design and deliver hands‑on training programs on artificial‑intelligence tools and workflows. The role is based on‑site in Algiers and supports startups, project teams, and community members within the incubator, coworking, and immersive spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs of AI‑focused startups and community participants.
• Develop curricula, presentations, manuals, and lab exercises for workshops, bootcamps, and seminars.
• Facilitate in‑person training sessions, ensuring clear explanation of complex technical concepts.
• Monitor learner progress, collect feedback, and continuously improve training materials.
• Collaborate with incubator, coworking, and immersive‑space teams to align training with DjazairIA’s innovation objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical training design and delivery.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Interest or experience in AI, data science, or related technologies, preferably in a startup ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
