About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic young individuals to join our commercial team as Teleoperators. The position is based in Birkhadem, Algeria and offers a temporary contract to support the company’s sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the commercial development of the company.
- Provide advice to customers and work on client retention.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls during scheduled shifts.
Required profile
- Dynamic, curious young candidates, preferably students or recent graduates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability in the evenings and on weekends as per the schedule.
- Motivation to learn, improve and exceed targets.
