Telesales Representative (Online)

About the role

A fast-growing, YC-backed sales organization with offices in Beirut, San Francisco and London is looking for Sales Development Representatives to run campaigns for global brands and fast-growing AI companies. You will sell AI and technology solutions across international markets, working with 15+ products in 20+ markets and speaking with high-end prospects using in-house sales technology.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls using a dedicated in-house dialer.
• Engage decision-makers and strangers, understand their needs and present relevant value propositions.
• Qualify prospects and book high-quality sales meetings.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, learning each campaign's product, audience and messaging.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions without relying heavily on scripts.
• Maintain consistent calling activity for long periods and record call outcomes and booked meetings accurately.
• Work toward individual and team targets for calls, meetings booked and attended, and use coaching and feedback to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other SDRs, and take on additional responsibility and possible SDR leadership roles.

Required profile

• Fluent English at C1 level or above, with excellent spoken communication, pronunciation, listening and conversation skills.
• Confidence talking to strangers by phone, resilience against frequent rejection, and strong motivation and competitiveness.
• Ability to make cold calls for several hours a day and to think quickly in live conversations.
• Basic business acumen, ability to switch between campaigns and audiences, and coachability.
