Therapy Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Therapy Specialist to support healthcare professionals in the effective use of medical devices and renal therapy solutions. The role combines clinical expertise with relationship building to drive quality improvement and evidence‑based practice across hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clinical professionals, procurement teams and other external stakeholders.
• Deliver clinical messaging on renal therapies, highlighting key differentiators and services using an evidence‑based approach.
• Achieve sales targets and qualitative business objectives set by the Commercial team.
• Support marketing initiatives for new product launches and campaigns, providing clinical insights and customer feedback.
• Lead peer‑to‑peer networking events for renal staff to promote best‑in‑class practices.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the company’s CRM tool.
• Stay current on therapy products, applications and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders regionally and nationally.
• Deliver internal training as a subject‑matter expert to enhance clinical excellence.

Required profile

• Clinical experience in hospital, healthcare or therapy‑related environments (advantageous).
• Nursing degree preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
