Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Trade Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of trade marketing plans that support brand objectives and drive sell‑out across both modern and traditional trade channels. Based on‑site in Kouba, you will work closely with sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams to ensure consistent brand visibility at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement in‑store promotions, merchandising activities and trade programmes tailored to key customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and customer insights to optimise channel strategies and promotional calendars.
• Manage trade‑marketing budgets, coordinate with agencies and suppliers, and track campaign performance.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align forecasts, support product launches and maintain brand presence.

Required profile

• Strong experience in trade marketing and market planning, preferably in FMCG or a fast‑paced industry.
• Proficiency in business planning and sales collaboration to align trade activities with commercial targets.
• Advanced analytical ability to interpret sales data, market research and promotional performance.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines and multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kouba and adapt to evolving market priorities.
