UX/UI Designer – AI Platform for B2C Brands

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and needs a world‑class UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, beautiful, and high‑converting experiences across its product, marketing site, and customer touchpoints. You will work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to turn complex workflows into delightful user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core product.
• Create conversion‑focused marketing assets, including landing pages, product pages, and demo flows.
• Define, maintain, and expand the design system for speed and consistency.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to iterate rapidly.
