Video Editor

About the role

Base360.ai builds an AI operating system for short-term rental companies. It is looking for a Video Editor to turn raw footage, product recordings and ideas into launch films, social content and ads. This is a hands-on creative role focused on storytelling, pacing, sound and motion, with remote working.

Key responsibilities

• Edit product launches and brand films combining storytelling, product demos and strong visual direction
• Create founder-led content from interviews, talking-head footage and behind-the-scenes moments
• Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
• Build paid ad creative with varied openings, messaging and calls to action
• Use screen recordings, motion graphics, kinetic typography and clear visual explanations
• Own post-production: footage selection, editing, colour grading, sound design, music, captions and exports
• Use AI tools to generate supporting visuals, voiceovers and other assets
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and use performance data to improve content

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showing storytelling, editing craft and visual taste
• Comfortable turning long recordings into concise stories and using music, silence and sound effects to shape emotion
• Uses AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora and ElevenLabs in the creative workflow
• Works independently, meets deadlines, responds to direct feedback and balances speed with quality
• Experience with SaaS product videos, founder content, documentaries or paid social ads is a plus

Required skills

• Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
• Motion design in After Effects or an equivalent tool
