Waiter (Guest Service Expert) – Full Time

About the role

Join the Guest Service team at Le Méridien Oran Hotel & Convention Centre as a Waiter. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and provide courteous service throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service supplies.
• Assist with stocking and replenishing service items as needed.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience in food and beverage service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
