WEC Field Engineer – Measurements

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Field Engineer specialized in measurements to join our team in Hassi Messaoud, Algeria. The role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery while supporting customers on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Execute service delivery tasks, ensuring accurate and on‑time job deliverables.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist design and technical engineers with technical programs and bid activities.
• Develop and maintain customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards using the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT) and wellsite inspections.
• Lead service quality meetings with customers and implement action plans.
• Support HSE and quality initiatives, wearing appropriate PPE and following safety policies.
• Provide backup support to Job Delivery Leads and PSD Managers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electronics engineering or a related field.
• Experience or strong exposure to field operations and service delivery.
• Good understanding of engineering processes, safety, and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in field‑based, operational environments.
