Zone Manager – Bab Ezzouar & East Algiers

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Zone Manager to lead our operations in the Bab Ezzouar and East Algiers districts. In this hybrid role you will split your time between the field and the office, driving growth, managing local teams, and ensuring high-quality service for our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and train delivery drivers, creating tutorials and guides for daily execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for local restaurants and partner stores, building strong operational relationships.
• Oversee commission collections and manage financial reconciliations for the zone.
• Conduct field studies and market analysis to identify top-performing partners and expand the vendor network.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, ensure service quality, and deliver comprehensive weekly operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or field management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage drivers and B2B partners.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills for KPI tracking and reporting.
• Deep familiarity with the Bab Ezzouar and East Algiers geographic areas.
