Academy Driver (Casual)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Academy Driver on a casual basis to provide safe, professional transport for our Academy players, staff and equipment. Working at the Sobha Realty Training Centre, you will help ensure that everyone can focus on performance while you handle all travel logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a minibus to transport players to training sessions, matches and other appointments.
• Assist the Kit team with occasional movement of training and match equipment.
• Provide ad‑hoc travel services for Academy staff as required.
• Maintain and manage Academy travel equipment, ensuring it is clean and road‑worthy.
• Build positive relationships with players, parents/guardians and the wider Academy team.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and other critical club policies at all times.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence with an acceptable record.
• Full UK PCV licence (Category D1 or D) and a valid Driver CPC.
• Experience driving in Greater London and surrounding areas.
• FA Safeguarding accreditation (or willingness to obtain it).
• Commitment to representing the club’s values and standards.

Required skills

• Minibus driving.
