Accountant – Finance Operations

About the role

HRS, Oracle’s largest hospitality partner, is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to support financial operations across the North Africa region. You will play a key role in month‑end close, reconciliations, and compliance while collaborating closely with senior finance colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger entries.
• Process travel expenses, payments and value‑added tax returns.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage payment transactions and receivables, and communicate with state administration.
• Contribute to financial projects, analysis, and administrative tasks including payroll accounting.
• Support the migration to a new ERP system and document input.

Required profile

• Work experience in finance and accounting, preferably in hospitality.
• Independent, goal‑oriented work style with strong analytical ability.
• Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Partly qualified or fully qualified accountant.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
