Accountant – International FMCG Leader – Relocation to Libya

About the role

Join the finance team of Libya's leading beverage producer as an Accountant. You will work in Tripoli, reporting to the Finance Manager, and help ensure accurate financial reporting for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) operation.

Key responsibilities

• Post financial transactions accurately and timely in SAP.
• Review branch expense reports, resolve discrepancies and prepare monthly reconciliations for bank, cash, debtors, creditors and branches.
• Participate in physical stock counts and reconcile inventory.
• Support the Finance Manager with financial and management reporting.
• Collaborate with the accounting team on key projects and technology initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Algerian or Tunisian accounting professional with solid understanding of accounting processes, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Experience in structured corporate environments such as FMCG, manufacturing or distribution is highly valued.
• Willingness to relocate to Libya and work onsite in Tripoli.
