About the role

We are looking for a professional Reception Agent to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our office in Algiers. The role combines front‑desk duties with basic administrative support, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests and service users.

Key responsibilities

Greet, identify and direct visitors and service providers in person.
Answer incoming calls, screen them and forward to the appropriate department.
Provide information about services, products, events or procedures.
Verify access rights by checking tickets or badges.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, schedule appointments, file documents and perform data entry.
Assist users with administrative procedures such as France Services or identity‑document requests.

Required profile

Secondary education (high school level) or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of experience in a reception, front‑desk or similar administrative role.
Strong ability to identify needs and guide people efficiently.
