About the role

The Security and Loss Prevention Agent is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests and employees at the Les Genets site in Oran. The role involves patrolling, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies and ensuring a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and control access to rooms.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms and fire‑life‑safety systems.
• Lock entrances when required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR or summon EMS as needed.
• Handle guest or employee disturbances, escort unwelcome persons and report incidents.
• Complete incident and shift reports, maintain confidentiality of all security documentation.
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence and interview relevant parties.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unaided (75 lb with assistance).
• Physical fitness to run, jog or move quickly in response to situations.
• Willingness to obtain any required security licensing or registration.
• Clear communication in a professional manner and ability to follow company policies.
