About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an AI Video Creator to shape the brand’s visual presence across all video channels. You will turn product concepts into launch videos, ads, and social clips that capture attention and evoke emotion.

Key responsibilities

• Create emotional, scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, ads, social clips, and brand films.
• Use AI tools end‑to‑end (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.) to generate video, voice, image, and music.
• Animate and edit motion‑design elements, product demos, kinetic typography, and transitions.
• Own ideas from concept through final export – pitch, build, and ship quickly.
• Produce content for every format: vertical short‑form for TikTok/Reels, paid‑social ads, and hero videos for the website.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel across all video assets.
• Iterate fast: test ideas, analyse performance, and double down on what works.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and motion work.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and a passion for staying on the cutting edge.
• Excellent visual taste – you can distinguish premium from cheap.
• Self‑directed and fast‑moving; you can turn a rough idea into a polished piece without hand‑holding.
• Ability to hook attention in the first three seconds and keep viewers engaged.
• Bonus: experience with short‑form social, paid‑ad creative, or building a brand’s video presence from scratch.
