Algeria Execution Leader

About the role

The Tendering & Execution Project Leader will drive Schneider Electric’s tendering and execution strategy in Algeria. Reporting to senior management, this role combines project leadership, risk management and team development to ensure profitable delivery of complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project management team in creating and maintaining the Project Management Plan.
• Define and execute tendering strategies to win new projects.
• Implement change control over scope, schedule, resources and budget.
• Collaborate with functional managers to secure skilled resources for project and tender teams.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring corrective actions are closed.
• Develop early‑career talent through certification training and mentorship.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project and tender management within a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all project levels.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organization.
• Financial acumen with a focus on gross‑margin profitability.
• Understanding of ISO standards, contract law and industry construction codes.
