Amazon FBA & E-Commerce Business Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Amazon FBA & E‑Commerce Business Operations Manager to oversee our Amazon Seller Central activities and support various company projects. This remote position requires strong organization, quick learning, and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Seller Central and all Amazon FBA processes.
• Support product research, create listings, coordinate with suppliers, and handle inventory and shipments.
• Track sales performance and follow up on Amazon issues until resolved.
• Prepare simple progress and performance reports.
• Assist with administrative, research, sales, and organizational tasks.
• Prioritize tasks and support different company projects as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience with Amazon FBA or Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to take responsibility and meet deadlines.
• Good English communication skills.
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online collaboration tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional attitude.
