About the role

Genericlab is seeking experienced senior physicochemical analysts to join its laboratory team in Rouiba. The role involves leading complex analytical projects, ensuring method robustness, and supporting regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex physicochemical analyses and develop/validate analytical methods.
• Provide technical supervision and mentorship to junior analysts.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, especially in cases of non‑conformities.
• Update procedures and protocols while maintaining regulatory vigilance.
• Participate in internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (M2) or engineering degree (Bac+5) in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
• 6 to 10+ years of experience in analytical chemistry or physicochemical testing.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and audit processes.
