Arabic‑Speaking AI Content Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking Arabic‑speaking AI Content Analysts to evaluate a new personalization feature on a leading AI assistant platform. The role is fully remote and involves designing realistic conversational prompts, reviewing AI responses, and assessing how well personal signals are applied.

Key responsibilities

• Design short multi‑turn conversations (1‑5 turns) that test AI personalization behavior.
• Create prompts based on realistic personal scenarios to evaluate contextual understanding.
• Review AI responses to verify correct use of personal signals and grounding quality.
• Compare paired responses and determine which is more helpful, natural, and relevant.
• Write clear, structured rationales for rankings, referencing specific conversation turns.
• Validate debug information to ensure correct data sources were used.
• Maintain workflow hygiene, including deleting evaluation conversations when required.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Arabic (reading and writing).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in a relevant analytical field (e.g., Policy, Law, Ethics, Linguistics, Journalism, Computer Science).
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• High‑quality written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable desktop or laptop with stable internet connection.
• Willingness to use a personal Google account and enable personal data sources for evaluation.
