Assistant Manager – Medical Delegate (Mecca)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Medical Representation team in Mecca. You will ethically detail Nestlé Infant Nutrition products to medical and paramedical professionals, ensuring accurate information and compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast‑milk Substitutes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed, compliant information on Nestlé infant nutrition products to doctors, nurses and other healthcare contacts.
• Promote breastfeeding as the optimal feeding method and educate on infant nutrition practices.
• Organise and support scientific meetings, product‑knowledge sessions and guest‑lecturer events.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date master list of contacts, classify them by interest and importance, and complete regular call cards.
• Monitor competitor activities, new products and communication strategies, reporting findings to the Medical Field Manager.
• Keep accurate records of all correspondence and actions, ensuring strict adherence to Nestlé, local and WHO guidelines.

Required profile

• Background in Clinical Dietetics, Nutrition, Biochemistry or Pharmacy.
• Resident of Mecca with a valid driver’s licence and personal car.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience; prior nutrition field experience is a plus.
